Eric was awesome to work with. We had a 3 month ordeal with the closing on our home in Illinois and Eric kept everything going with the sellers on the property we wanted down here. When it came time to close here it was literally 2 working days and we had it bought and done. Easy to work with, kept us informed and a great friendly guy! Thanks again Eric!
Great Southern Land is an excellent land brokerage company. We certainly had a lot of questions, but their agents demonstrated a great deal of expertise and responded in a timely manner! It was a pleasure working with such a knowledgeable team.
I experienced great service with great knowledge. I had complete confidence my agent would find a buyer and create a transaction that was at a fair market price. He marketed the land so well he made me question why I was selling it in the first place. I will be using Great Southern Land again.
Do not use. Their agent was not knowledgeable about the land. Almost sold it without a documented easement to the property and gave incorrect acreage numbers. It took us at least 3 weeks to hear back after each offer. On the last offer we called and were told the land was in the process of being sold. Just looking out for themselves and a sale, not out for you.
Great Southern Land is a fantastic company! The agents were very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question. Their expertise can't be beat!
