I have banked here for almost 2 years! I have put up with the slow lines, the high turn over rate of the tellers and the horrible office manager! Customer service is not part of the office managers vocabulary! Recently my car insurance messed up and they took my payment out twice! This left my account negative and so it was returned and I was charged $34.00 for this! My insurance waved their fee but of course not the bank! They needed this extra money from this single mother! I was from out of town and only had a $100 bill. I stopped in to have it exchanged for smaller bills and was informed they only offer those services for customers. Well I will never be a future customer after this experience. It would of taken only a couple of minutes and not cost the bank a dime. Not happy.
Joke of a bank pay for an account to be able to get loans and they denied every try for one reason or another pay 15 a month for an account helping you to get loans for them to always say no cause and the reasons they give make no sense just wait .
