Customer service phone etiquette is not the best. I was shopping around for available dentists in my area. They were fully booked for September, which is totally fine, but the person on the phone was extremely short with me and hung up quickly. They didn’t offer any other available dates, just a “we are booked, bye.” Not a good first impression.
Dr Toy is fabulous! So easy to talk to. Explained my dental issues thoroughly. Priscilla (dental assistant) is great too.
Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism I would have liked to write a positive review, but my experience was quite the opposite. I called to schedule an appointment for my son, and as soon as I gave his name, the person who answered me abruptly interrupted to tell me that they no longer accepted my insurance and that I should look for another dentist. She didn't allow me to explain that my insurance had changed to a PPO plan, or that, ultimately, I was able to pay for the service out of pocket. She simply decid... read more
