1. I had a full mouth restoration.2. Dr. **** is not experienced enough with this procedure and left me in the dark so many times. He doesn't know how to properly explain anything so he resorts to lies & omissions.3. He put me through h*** for 5 + months and he knows it.4. This business offered a teeth cleaning and evaluation for new customers for $49.00. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning, showed up at the appointment, was escorted back for several **rays, made to wait for nearly an hour, then showed the **rays and was informed that I need $20,000 worth of dental work. When I explained that I couldnt afford that, I was basically told dont call us well call you. Only to never here from them again, until receiving a bill for $236.00 nearly a month later. I am seriously angry.

I received a promotion in the mail for a $49 cleaning, x-ray, and exam for new patients. In the office I showed the coupon and they understood what I was able to pay and what I am here for. Now I just received a **** for $480 for the exam, x-ray, and cleaning?? I told them upfront I do not have a job and am pulling from savings for this so I dont have money for anything more than $49 plus tax. Very good dental practice. Impressed w the well rounded, down to earth, even- tempered, highly educated dentist and the entire kind professional skilled staff makes you feel right at home.
