Went in today because of problems with my system not working correctly (not even installed by Great Scot), the guy (didnt even ask his name)came out and helped me right away and figured out the problem and fixed it without question there on the spot...you guys are awesome!!! Thank you, thank you , thank you!!! FYI please don't bother going to SoundCraft, he just told me that all my stuff was old and junk and that i needed a new headunit...
