They neglect their patients, belittle them, call them drug seekers when all they want to do is rip out their own IUD. They give patients the run around, don't call back for hours, fail to send a doctor's note for two days to a job, make their patient wait in the hospital for an hour and a half with a full bladder before sending an order to do an ultrasound that should have been sent days prior. Great staff who care about the community and their patients.
My husbands in a lot of pain. Was seen yesterday and he’s worse 24 hours later can’t get a response from the doctor so we are making an er trip. Way to show patients you care it’s an in and out service. Not the well being of the patient ! 3 hours later no call due to switching of the boards. Very disappointed.
