Don't use their services! – These guys have no idea what they're doing when it comes to flooring. They've been out to my house three times and still can't get it right. The salesman blames the installer, the installer blames the salesman. I asked for a breakdown on what they were charging me for, and never have seen it. The #$% company charged my credit card already so I'm just hoping that I can get my money back! I'm afraid it's gone.
best rug company in town. – I was looking for a few contemporary rugs. They are great. I am amazed by their service. They always try to make customer happy. I tried out their rugs at home, did not like it...they took it, no questions asked. I am 100% happy with them.
I Love the Great Rug Co!!! – These guys are awesome! I have been looking for a rug forever and I finally found it here, and cheaper than anywhere else. I was getting ready to buy a much poorer quality piece at Lowe's and found one that I liked more here. They even let me take it home to make sure that I liked it before I put it on my credit card! They rock. Service is awesome. Selection is huge! And there are tons of sales. Shop here!!!
