Terrible company! Communication is very poor. Had a leak around skylight after roof replacement. Tried to sell me new skylight but I argued it wasn’t the issue. After horrible damage to the inside of my home I called again. Crew shows up agrees flashing was improperly installed and ripped my roof apart. 3 months later it’s in the same situation as they claim they never sent a crew out but have the call logs. My roof had wind damage right before a snow storm was about to hit, and Great Roofing came out to inspect my roof and cover problem areas with tarp before water could cause damage! When it came time to replace my roof, I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently my roof was completed. My house went from looking like a construction site to spick and span in a matter of hours. Chris and his crew did a great job. They got there at 7am worked all day. But what really impressed me was Chris took extra care to put a package that was delivered the day the work was being performed by our back door. Because it was also trash day the crew put our trash cans back by the house instead of leaving them out by the road. I had four different companies come out and quote the replacement of our roof.
