Great Roofing provided an excellent job on the recent fascia work I needed due to storm damage. John and his team were highly professional, responsive, and worked with a great sense of urgency. I must say how impressed I was with the entire team and ease working with Great Roofing. They didn’t give up on us and diligently worked with our insurance company to ensure we got the correct product and fought on our behalf to give us a beautiful new roof w/gutters. They were very professional and guided us every step of the way. Their installation team arrived on time, completed the project in one day and they cleaned up everything immediately. I would highly recommend Great Roofing!!
Great Roofing and Great Adjusting are THE BEST! Everyone is super friendly and Michael, Robbie, and Lawrence were so easy to communicate with. It was a very long process to get my homeowner’s claim approved but Great Adjusting was on my side with advice, patience and knowledge. My roof is gorgeous (literally never thought I could like a roof so much) and their roofing crew was quick and clean. My house looks brand new! I hope I never need a new roof again, but if I do, I will 100% call Great Roofing 🤩 10/10 recommend!
I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Christina came out and inspected my roof and thoroughly went over what she found and the process of filing a claim. She always answered my calls, texts and any questions I had. Once my claim was approved I had the pleasure of meeting with Jonny to sign my contract and pick a shingle color. Great roofing is a go to company, Christina Powers was my contact person . Very knowledgeable with roofing and the knows the insurance side of the industry as well. No hesitation getting up on the roof to do a complete and through inspection.
