Great renting experience, going on 2+ years in same location with no hassle and good communication
It would be a extremely bad experience if you rent their apartments. The whole building has very poor insulation, you can hear your neighbor walking and talking. They even charge quite a lot of cleaning fee before you moving out and it is not like you made your apartment a mess. I spent two days cleaning the entire apartment but still got charged for quite amount of money. The service is so awful, you can't imagine. They always charge for different kinds of things.
