Feeling ripped off, received a bill for out of network. When I made the appt it was in network, and if you dropped the BCBS insurance during the 4 month wait for my appt I should not be responsible for that. I called my insurance, who called Great Rivers and had to leave a voicemail in reference to my concern/claim. We found the dentist who was formerly at your location, Alan Wickenhouser, is still listed under my insurance as in network. Great Rivers Dental is... well, Great! Awesome facility, calming envirnonment, amazing systems, top of the line technology and tools, super friendly staff and, of course, talented and knowledgable staff. They explain everything, go over options and recommendations and leave you feeling educated and confident on the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Wilson and her staff. 10/10 would recommend.
I would highly recommend Great Rivers Dental! Caring, compassionate staff that work efficiently. Appointments are usually on time and the process seems very streamlined from cleaning and X-rays to fillings…. Very satisfied customer!
