My wife and I bought a new house with high radon levels. Brad and Great River Radon were referred to me as someone who not only would do a great job, but would go the extra mile to ensure we were in a good place going forward. Our radon levels beforehand were above 11pci/L in our basement and above 5 in our living room. He got it down to 0.4pci/L (the same as outside) in the basement. He replaced our sump pump, was very flexible, and accommodating with the installation etc. We couldn’t recommend them more!

Like another reviewer I made the mistake of hiring Brad to test my house. I paid $175 for the test knowing the price would be deducted from the mitigation bill. He picked up the testing equipment which showed a high level. Well It's been a year and a half and after several emails and at least twice speaking to him with the promise of a quote each time I have never received anything. I also asked for a refund but was ignored. Brad if you would like to make this good please do.

Note: This is not a review of GR’s mitigation work, but rather about my experience trying to hire them. Made an appointment for an estimate and a couple of days later Brad arrived at our house on time. He was friendly and thoroughly explained his strategy for abating our radon. Very knowledgeable, very honest, very hardworking. Brad and his crew cut our levels down to below 2.0 pCi/L. He was referred to me by a friend, and I wholeheartedly recommend his work.
