The staff are kind and all but the service is bad. For most of all my appointments for the past 2 years, I had to sit and wait for over 30 mins past my appointment time, sitting in the ortho chair. I would take time out of my work time for my appointments and is always late going back to work because on the long wait time. It is also hard to find an appointment time because they seem to always be overbooked. They really need to work on this.

The worst communication ever. Every time I speak with someone it is something different. Would not recommend them and will not go back once phase 1 is done.
