This is in response to the Google review I left yesterday. I did exactly what you recommended and called the number provided, and it was a waste of time. That only reinforced the point I already made: the issue was not addressed, and your response created the appearance of concern without any real resolution. If customer service cannot actually fix the problem, do not direct members there as a way to deflect accountability. I deposited a $4,000 check and was hit with a 7-day hold, which already feels excessive in 2026, but fine, I understand risk policies. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of transparency and respect for my time. I contacted the branch manager to see if anything could be done to release the funds sooner. She asked me to gather and submit multiple documents, which took time and effort.
