I highly recommend this practice. I am so thankful I chose them. I have my smile back! All of the staff was great. Dr Jack Sauer was the best. He was professional, friendly, caring and was very meticulous in building my bridge. He seemed to care that I had my smile back. Best dental experience i have had in a long time. He made me comfortable and at ease the whole time he was working on my teeth. Please see the before and after pictures below.
Dr. Jack Sauer & staff have all been great. They’ve helped my family for many years. They are honest, empathetic, & ethical.
Great place. Good dental office. Only downside is they have chipped the bond holding my dental wire (retainer) to my teeth off (twice) and then didn't tell me. I found of later that day when I realized it was gone. Then they won't rebond it and recommended the orthodontist in town which takes at least a month to get into.
I thought I had already reviewed them, so stop me if you have heard this one. I have been going to them for years since Dr. William's dad ran it and never had a bad experience. Today I got two cavities filled and Dr. Sauer and his assistant did an excellent job making me feel at ease. He kept asking me if I could feel anything before he started and as he slowly worked into my teeth, which made me less nervous because I knew he was being careful and did not want me to feel any pain.
