Great place. Good dental office. Only downside is they have chipped the bond holding my dental wire (retainer) to my teeth off (twice) and then didn't tell me. I found of later that day when I realized it was gone. Then they won't rebond it and recommended the orthodontist in town which takes at least a month to get into.
I thought I had already reviewed them, so stop me if you have heard this one. I have been going to them for years since Dr. William's dad ran it and never had a bad experience. Today I got two cavities filled and Dr. Sauer and his assistant did an excellent job making me feel at ease. He kept asking me if I could feel anything before he started and as he slowly worked into my teeth, which made me less nervous because I knew he was being careful and did not want me to feel any pain.
