Supposed to be trauma informed, but sends lawyers after low income families for not paying bills, instead of attempting to reach out to emergency contacts to get the new phone number. They used to be a good company, but after being purchased by new owners a few years ago, it has switched to being about profits and not about client care. Many of the good employees have even fled the company. If you value your mental health, go anywhere else.
I'd been on 2 medications for years prescribed by Dr. Eberly. She was on vacation, so the person covering for her said she was irresponsible to be prescribing them and cut me off "cold turkey." Never went back. Go to Catholic Charities where they treat you like a human being.
