We used Mike for a recent home inspection. We were incredibly happy with the attention to detail the inspection received. Mike made it a point to talk with us about issues he found (both big and small) and explain the long-term risks. His report came over quick and was just as detailed and accurate. Mike helped us avoid upwards of 6-figure repair costs. Highly recommend

Mike was incredibly thorough with his inspection. On top of that, he was a pleasure to spend time with. We enjoyed some good conversations and he answered questions I didn't even know I had. I feel as though I underpaid for the service that I received. If you're looking for an inspector, he's your guy.

Mike was an absolute professional, friendly, and thorough in his inspections throughout the property, taking the time to both identify and explain issues as they were discovered. I can't recommend him highly enough.
