I slipped and fractured my vertebrae on a property owned by RHP property management in their street after they refused to plow the roadway despite owning two plow vehicles, a maintenance man on call, the snow event ending nearly 13 hours prior, and not salting even when the temperature was one where salt would actually WORK. Their clients tree fell on my house after it was marked for removal because it was rotted. It took the10 days to remove it from my house and which caused alot more water damage. . I'm a retired veteran and they don't want to take responsibility for their clients tree. . In my opinion they are only in the insurance business for the money. . They don't care about people.

Horrible horrible service!! This claims company is a joke. They don’t care about their customers. They will look for any reason to throw your claim out. They will do anything in their power to deny your claim just so they don’t have to pay. I believe this company should definitely get reported for scam. Katie Brenner was my claims specialist, she was very unprofessional, doesn’t respond at a timely matter, she had my claim sitting in her office for months just to deny it. Beware!! of this company!!

Avoid this insurance company at all costs. I had no choice in dealing with them initially because I was injured and they were the liability ins co. They are dishonest and will lie and evade you to avoid accepting liability. The adjuster I was forced to deal with was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. They give Insurance companies a bad image by doing this shady type of practice of lie and deny. They do NOT care about you, your injuries or needs AT ALL. Do NOT trust them!

Ted is horrible! My landlord uses this company and the agent last year was terrific but this year I ended up with Ted. Excessive rain caused damage both times and he's trying to negotiate a price. Are you kidding me! My landlord was upset he didn't just cover the cost and move on.
