I called Todd in because I had a bat problem during summer 2020. He came out and got the "bat valves" installed and within a few days they were gone. A couple months later, I noticed some bat activity again so I called him up and let him know. He came right back out there, found the second trouble spot on my roof, and commenced round 2. We hired Todd to remove squirrels from the attic. After a few days he removed traps and sealed the entry hole. Obviously the seal was not done properly enough to keep the squirrels out. They returned and made a new hole right in the same spot the seal was done. So, we have squirrels the same night he left. We paid almost $600.00 promptly that day, he assured was completed.
