In the process of removing a tree from my roof the equipment used broke my sprinkler box. I sent several e-mil notes and then several pictures of the box and a bod of $700 to repair the the damage done with no response after 60 days.

Great Plains Tree Service is the best tree service I have ever used. They responded quickly when asked for an estimate. They were knowledgeable and informative. They showed up promptly on the day they did the tree trimming. They were professional, polite and efficient. I have used many tree services, including some of the big names in Omaha, and this company blew them away. I would recommend them and use them again.

Mike did a good job on the tree care. He showed up when he said he would and his prices were reasonable. There was some damage to the surrounding plants but this was expected. HOWEVER the gate to the backyard was broken off and a bush planted by it this Spring was trampled beyond recovery. I left a message regarding these two things because I was upset there was no acknowledgement or apology for the damage. When Mike returned my call he was rude and insulting.
