No one is there, gate doesn't work. The company will not pay. WORST IN WICHITA. Everything gets stolen.
No manager but supposed to have a part time manager that can't work because nothing works at property. Be careful
I have tried to email them with no answer. Called them several times and left messages with no return phone call or communication. I went to go look at the rental and it is in awful condition. It does not look safe, secure, or like there has been any upkeep. Several are broken, have gaps, and absolutely not functional. I went to the one that was assigned to me and it has a lock on it.
