They take advantage of soldiers and family members and never fix anything wrong with the home Lacey Kehoe still owes me my security deposit from June 2022 and will not answer calls texts or emails.
I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions about a listing they have in Chapman. I emailed three times. Called at least 3 times a day for two weeks and texted on multiple occasions. Not a single peep from them. Along will all the other TERRIBLE reviews and stories I would just stay away :)
I rented from GPPM, Lacey Kehoe for 3 yrs. Moved out end of June but was told I had to pay til the 10th of July ( I paid for the whole month thinking I'll get the money ASAP when she takes out the 10 days due and give me back the rest for that month, fine not a problem) but I have yet to receive my prorated rent or what would be left of my deposit.
