I moved to Ogallala Nebraska. Then I got a tooth almost completely destroyed by a crowbar. I was in a lot of pain and concerned about the long term implications. I know a few people that didn't address it and know it can lead to long-term issues that never end well. No one in the area would even see me. "Not excepting new patients...
