The core problems with the manager are unjustified fees, Bad trade-in prices, frequent failed communication, and substandard service. Charging $500 simply for an estimate was outrageous, and the proposed repair prices were exorbitantly high, amounting to roughly four times what they should be. I’ll deal in TEXAS over a hundred miles further before I will work with them. NEVER AGAIN! A true farmer will see your BS! Good luck GP. Y'all gonna need it, that silly manager!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. I have a commercial lawn care business and time is money. Alex the service manager took care of me, ensured that I knew all the expectations and even sent me a video of my string trimmer working before calling me to let me know it was ready for pickup. 10/10 these guys are the best
