The staff was nice, and was very helpful but the overpriced repairs was 4Xs. Charging $449 simply for an estimate is outrageous! The proposed prices were exorbitantly high, amounting to roughly four times the prevailing market rates. A double markup is reasonable, but a quadruple increase is simply absurd. Great Plains has clearly undergone significant changes in the past four years.
