I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. After completing a multi-week course of treatment here previously, I returned later to seek care again as symptoms began to return. While I was in the process of completing intake paperwork, I unexpectedly received a call that I would not be accepted as a patient and was referred elsewhere. I tired to make an appointment as a new patient. Several items were overlooked, I was not communicated with and after calling 3 times over a period of a month I was told, in my opinion something that could have been easily communicated with me the same week I sent in all my paperwork! Pretty disappointed, as this place was referred to me and I could have had an appointment somewhere else by now. The lady answering the phone is a sweetheart though.
I have been a client at Great plains on two separate occasions of my life and going back the 2nd time changed and saved my life. I see Allegra & Michelle and these ladies are phenomenal people but so skilled in their professions. they help me do the hard work and won't tell me what I want to hear but challenge me to push through the hard and heal. Kelly is awesome, great communicator. Only thing is sometimes I have had refill issues for whatever reason. Her nurse is helpful
