It’s perfectly OK to want or need to talk to a therapist. I’m so glad I decided to come here. I love my therapist. My therapist has helped me see the obstacles I put in front of myself and see that there are solutions to any problem I have. Also, the front desk staff are always helpful and kind.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had seeking therapy. This was about 2 or 3 years ago. I had been seeing Michael Pellecchia for about 3 or 4 sessions and we tried EMDR. He dimmed the lights and what did he do during it the session? HE FELL ASLEEP. He apologized by trying to give me a Starbucks gift card. Will never recommend this place or him ever.

I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. After completing a multi-week course of treatment here previously, I returned later to seek care again as symptoms began to return. While I was in the process of completing intake paperwork, I unexpectedly received a call that I would not be accepted as a patient and was referred elsewhere. I’ve been going to Great Plains for years. The service providers and staff there are absolutely lovely. They’ve helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. Thank you, Great Plains

I tired to make an appointment as a new patient. Several items were overlooked, I was not communicated with and after calling 3 times over a period of a month I was told, in my opinion something that could have been easily communicated with me the same week I sent in all my paperwork! Pretty disappointed, as this place was referred to me and I could have had an appointment somewhere else by now. The lady answering the phone is a sweetheart though.
