Super great service from Joe! Made everything understandable!!
Very professional. Being new to Medicare, I was very confused and almost in tears about all the different plans available. A friend referred me to Great Plains. Joe was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options and made sure I understood everything. I left with a plan I was comfortable and very happy with. I strongly recommend anyone who is new to Medicare or needs help to contact Great Plains Medicare.
