WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! if I could give it a negative 0 I would. They care nothing about their Employees. Apparently if you are a hard worker, come to work every day in unsafe heat conditions in the paint booth. You do not matter and either does your family. you deserve no time off, even if it's earned and you asked 4 months in advance. If you like being worked hard, never given your earned time.....this Jobs for YOU!!

I really enjoyed working for Great Plains Manufacturing in Ellsworth Kansas. The work was steady and I really liked the night shift crew. The plant was well organized and kept as clean as possible. I'll miss you guys.
Don't know much about how the employees are bein treated in the plants. But I will tell you that the honest hard working employees in the Trucking are getting treated like crap. Use to be a family oriented place. But since President positions have been changed it got worse. The new guys head swelled so big that it cut off blood flow to his head. He forgot where he come from.
