Absolute great customer service!! I'm a over the road driver who needed a air hose for my cpap. I called and talked to Renee and she went above and beyond to help get one out to me at the truck stop I was staying at. The gentleman who brought it out to me even stayed to make sure it fit my machine... now that's what I call professionalism at it best!! Thank you so much for your outstanding help!!
Full time RV traveler. My CPAP machine stopped working, as a result of using soclean. My fault. Great Plains health sent a new one to a state park in Oklahoma, where we were visiting. Arrived in 2 days! Exceptional service. The whole staff is remarkable. Go to them if you need health products.
Poor service
They don't know how to treat ppl with the same response to nice they are rude and disrespectful and treats adults like children I'm not satisfied with my care or treatment of the things that are dealing with my health
After a horrible experience with a local competitor, I was directed to Great Plains homecare equipment and thank goodness I was. The ladies in the front were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was feeling pretty defeated and they really made everything better. I truly appreciate the caring and courteous interaction. The equipment I obtained has been wonderful and thanks to their help the fit is just right.
