Staff was very friendly. Dr. Was knowledgeable and explained in layman’s terms.
Ryan takes enough time to answer any questions. Dr. Kaspar is great at explaining various options. Great Plains Health Heart Institute is very lucky to have such an intelligent, caring physician.

The people at the front desk were super nice! However, my experience with Dr. Botros left me beyond frustrated. I have an underlying medical condition that makes weight loss difficult, so it felt as if she walked into the room, took one look at me, and decided who I was; a poor, fat, loser. Instead of seeing my weight as a symptom of a greater problem, she saw it as the whole problem. Without trying to get to know my lifestyle, she recommended that I cut out processed foods.
