Great Plains gets a 5 stars.. from the very nice gentleman at the check in/out to the efficiency of nurses. Especially nurse practitioner Brody & of course Dr Smairit. I appreciate Great Plains with their accessibility to rural Nebraska. My drive was 120 miles.

Every time I use the Heart Institute I am never disappointed at the service I get which is unusual for that hospital and me the nurses were polite and thorough the physician's assistant and the physician Dr. Smairat were both very informative and told me just to take my aspirin and calm down and come back in a year unless I need him in the meantime.
