These "doctors" are not negligent, they are evil, venditive and the whole office environment breeds selfishness. Everybody from the receptionists on up pumps each other up but put the patient down for any suggestions or complaints they have. A resident is a doctor that has just graduated from Doctor school. These residents are "watched" by other more experienced doctors. Let me explain why you will never see a good doctor here! Had some concerns I needed addressed and was told that if I didn't like it there I could leave. I was originally told I could see the teaching doctors after I was established. 2-3 years later I had just been told this is not the case. Doctors start fresh out of school and about the time they become competent, (3 years) they leave. When it comes to health I expect a 5/5* Doctor.
