I could not have been more pleased. Exceptionally knowledgeable and polite. Extraordinarily pleasant and thorough! I had worked with another AC company that changed $95 for a visit and proceeded to inspect the wrong ac unit (I'm in a multiunit area). I had been told it would cost $14,000 to fix the wrong unit!! Ken and Nathan were extremely professional and considerate while performing the installation of our new furnace and air conditioning unit. They took a lot of time to let us know what was going on during the install and afterwards when they did a system walk through to explain its different functionality and discuss the required maintenance. Safety is clearly a priority for them as they included a new CO detector on the furnace.
