Customer Service is Great. Robbie was very helpful and willing to accommodate us to our needs. He kept in touch with updates. We are looking forward to the delivery and final product.
Completely cheated us. Bought a $7,000 play set, and they show up with a much cheaper $3000 play set and now no one is answering the phone. We weren’t even told they didn’t have all the parts until after they were almost finished.
Do NOT buy anything from these people. First of all - they have no location in N Charleston - the address shown is closed. I spoke with a salesperson & I told them I was coming to the N Charleston showroom to buy the trampoline. When I couldn't find the store, I called them & spoke to Mike the manager he simply said "we closed that store". that's it, no apology, nothing. I would shy away from this company as well as the play system manufacturer. The system I purchased has "pressure treated wood" that is rotting as well as galvanized hardware that is rusting. For a play system that is supposed to be outdoors, it didn't stand up to the elements after just one year. Terrible buy on my part and a waste of almost $3,000. Buyer beware!
