Management is very rude and not accommodating at all!
They are located in Pigeon Forge and we loved our cabin.
Will never stay again, DIRTY!
We just stayed in Bear Country and we absolutely loved it! Super clean, decorated really cute, well stocked, and quiet. We will definitely rent this cabin again! Thank you Great Outdoor Rentals for an amazing cabin rental experience!
We stayed in Ain’t No Mountain High Enough cabin. The pictures on the website were beautiful. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The pictures are when the cabin was new. This cabin has suffered from years of deferred maintenance. Also it was extremely dirty. I really don’t understand how a cabin as dirty as this one can be rented. Horrible cabin! And even worse customer service! There are plenty of cabin rental companies down there that are CLEAN. If you enjoy not being able to use the amenities and enjoy birds flying in your cabin and bird poop all over then by all means please book here. Also no cleaning products and dirty bedding/blankets and dust. Also they don’t do any quality control checks on their dishes as they are on an “honor” system.
