RecommendedTim and company has a fantastic crew. Purchased a Yakima roof rack system and had some difficulty with the foot pads. The staff had no qualms in assisting and ensuring the equipment fit perfectly to our vehicle. This is the type of customer service every business should strive to exceed. Outstanding!

Pretty much the greatest store I’ve ever been to. Only complaint I have is that they followed us around a bit and I wasn’t sure if they thought I was stealing or if I looked completely lost and out of place. I did have three kids with me along with my wife, so maybe that isn’t common in a store like this. I will say however, the people that did help us were very kind and I was impressed with their knowledge and experience. Still an amazing place and I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt on the close proximity haha.

I had a 3 rear old Yeti cooler, that the zipper went bad on. Pete at my my local store here in Wilmington, immediately took my cooler and within hours had talked them into giving me a new cooler. That is why you shop Local ! The Internet never would have gotten me a new cooler. You guys rock and I will continue to shop there. Thanks for going the extra mile, Pete !
