I bought my first hiking backpack and sleeping bag at the Charlotte store over 20 yrs ago, and they were so helpful and courteous. Nothing has changed when my husband and I just purchased 3 of our kayaks from both the Charlotte and Greensboro store. They are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They want you to actually enjoy the outdoors, not just make a sale. We really enjoy doing business with them. It's a wonderful company!
