I love my Great Outdoors beachfront cottage. More importantly, the GOC team has proven that they take quality, and taking care of their customers seriously. I can't recommend this builder enough.
This is a phenomenal company that truly stands by their product! I had done a lot of research when purchasing our park model and was extremely happy to have found GOC, by far the best quality compared to competitors and at a similar price point if not less. I would give ten stars for this company and the product they produce! Attention to detail and hi quality products are only a couple reasons. Easy to work with and built us exactly what we wanted! Everyone is professional and extremely kind! You won’t be disappointed!!!
I am absolutely obsessed with my GOC!!! The quality is truly unmatched. Everything feels solid, durable, and beautifully constructed. We purchased our Great Outdoor Cottage 300 L1K2 in November 2024, we could not be happier with our tiny beach home. This is a well built Park Model, we were able to customize it the way we wanted. Customer service is excellent !! The GOC team listens to their customers and they respond if you have any issues, (which we have not had any). Our Grandson and Granddaughter love the double loft, they have claimed it as their private area to hang out in. The high ceilings make 400 square feet feel like 1,000 square feet.
