If you’re looking for a park model that feels like a solid residential build, then GOC is what you want. It doesn’t stop at the residential appliances, quartz countertops, real wood cabinets and drywall either. Zach at GOC was very receptive to our customization requests. Entry door with side light panel vs standard patio door -no problem. Custom porch off the rear bedroom -easy addition. It's an ok park model ( that I bought brand new last year) but they did a poor job protecting the roof from water intrusion. The metal roof panels do not extend over the drip edge so water is running right up and under the roof panels. Also they didn't caulk the side uprights of the shower door panels. Now my floor is ruined because of the subfloor delaminating due to that. I'm really disappointed in the lack of attention to details like this and it is costing a lot to cover these repairs.

I love my Great Outdoors beachfront cottage. More importantly, the GOC team has proven that they take quality, and taking care of their customers seriously. I can't recommend this builder enough.
