We purchased our Great Outdoor Cottage 300 L1K2 in November 2024, we could not be happier with our tiny beach home. This is a well built Park Model, we were able to customize it the way we wanted. Customer service is excellent !! The GOC team listens to their customers and they respond if you have any issues, (which we have not had any).
