Very disappointed. I sent flowers to my mother-in-law. The arrangement looked beautiful, but they were left on the doorstep as no one was home to accept delivery. When she arrived 2 hours later she said the quality of the flowers was poor - they were droopy and browning. It is not mid summer, it is September. I am based in Sydney and always turn to this flower shop to send flowers to my mum's place. Mum always rings with nothing but great comments. She sends me photos of them and the arrangements are fantastic. great value for money! I am placing another order right after i send this review. Many thanks!

Susan was amazing to deal with! I was arranging a delivery from long distance and Susan was so accomodating, helpful and responsive. She really went the extra mile and the recipient of the flowers loved them so much!

Online order, late in the afternoon and still got same day delivery. Found the web site much easier to use than the other 3 florists I've used for this area. Quality in terms of both flowers and artistry in arrangement seems to be superior to the other online options. Will probably go straight to their site in future.
