I am absolutely disgusted with greatoakes mental health is a very big concern my brother was suicidel and still is they haven't sorted his medication out and sent him on a home visit today after he begged docters and staff they just dropped him off at home left him.he was found outside by his partner crying in the pouring rain pacing up and down staff are very rude and abusive they show no compassion at all I think a check on the cameras by people above them would shock them people go in to get help with mental health this p... read more
Very poor communication with client and staff.left for hours not been interactive. No communication and report how my partner is doing.No communication to tell that his partner has rang.wouldnt recommend this place at all to anyone. Service and staff appalling.
SHOCKING They told my mum she was having an overnight visit with no warning to then change it to the following day with mum not feeling ready to go home. Dad arrived to pick her up and her bags was packed and they said she wouldn’t be coming back as there was no room due to having work done It’s like who picked the short straw so she’s better at home even though she’s not mentally stable. Saying "negative reviews are from ignorant people" is downright ignorant in itself, they're left by patients who were treated badly. Egocentric to consider your own experience as the only one that matters. Horrid experience here.
