I have had a great experience this week with Great Oaks Landscaping, both their office staff and the workers who came to my house. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system, when the system was opened up for the season. Two other companies wanted to charge me several thousand dollars to fix the leak. Great Oaks Landscaping, however, figured out the problem was not as significant, did a simple fix for just about a hundred dollars and my system is now working great. Really good customer service! We have used Great Oaks Landscaping for the last couple of years. Their crews are very knowledgeable, careful, and perform great work. Justin Novak who works with us on special projects is exceptional in giving us suggestions, and is always prompt getting back to us on any questions. This is a great company.
Justin and his team have been nothing but professional and quick. Our spring cleanup was exactly what we were looking for and the price was very fair. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.
My first experience with the irrigation team from Great Oaks Landscaping was very positive. Besides starting up my home sprinkler system, repairs were needed to several sprinklers because of construction damage. Manuel and Miquel arrived right on time, soon had the 11-zone system running, then identified and completed the repairs, which they demonstrated in a complete walk-through.
