Update: The previous review was 5 stars. I used to love this place but stopped going over a year ago: don't take your dogs here. They say to not separate the treats you give them for your dog into their own baggies for daily use, so instead, I gave them the whole box of treats (as they requested) that takes a month or two to deplete. Well, they gave my dogs all of the treats over a period of 4 days. My elder dog major never recovered from this and greatly deteriorated his health. First there address on advertise sites are wrong. They leave out the South in there address. There are 2 of the same addresses in Roundrock. Next my pup was so thirsty when he got home he drank a whole bowl of water which tells me he was not getting enough water. Also I notified them of my flight delays and when I finally arrived in Austin I called to say I was on my way and may be 5 mins late.
