I love my counselor Jessica Miles! Not once have I felt embarrassed or ashamed for having anxiety or mental health issues. I usually get so humiliated due to my lack of being able to focus on the matter at hand that I'd shut down. I couldn't seem to pay attention without interrupting whoever was talking constantly!
