Start to finish GNF had excellent service. No pressure discussion of carpet choices started us out. They brought samples to our home so we could see the colors right where the carpet would be and feel the textures, weights, and material. They were very knowledgeable about the differences between the carpet choices helped us pick the best carpet for where it was going to go. The staff arrived on time. They were very efficient and did a great job!. Staff answered any questions that I asked as well. Also , they did a great job of cleaning up any debris that was left. I would definitely recommend Great Northern Flooring!!!

Worked with Nino on two separate jobs, one residential, and one commercial. The hardwood for the residential job was more challenging as they tried to find and match an odd size width. They were creative and did a blend, since the original wood width was not available. They re-used a large portion of the existing wood, added a section, and re-finished all of it. It came out nicely.
