I find them overly expensive. During the COVID-19 outbreak, store is closed but they do offer curbside pickup from online orders. So, I need a handful of bolts and nuts, but they will charge me an EXTRA $20 for this service!! Online ordering and their website are not user-friendly, making the whole experience terrible. Plus I called the store a few times but no one picked up. Hopefully they can improve on some of these issues and spend less time and money posting on social media. Thank you.

Expensive but worth every penny. We bought a 4x16 with a 6x10 attached to the front. So much room for the family and all the grandkids stuff. Very secure to be on, no wobbles. Being over the water is so much better than being next to the water. The GND addition to our property has enhanced our outdoor living more than we could have imagined. This product and the staff at GND exceeded our expectations.

After previously not recommending GND, once Sam became aware of our issue he stepped in and helped to resolve issues with a dealer and was crucial in getting our dock delivered. I am very grateful to the professionalism, the responsiveness and the communication that Sam gave to us. We love our GND and highly recommend them!
I contacted Great Northern Docks to help me with a set of stairs going into a tidal river in Wells, MA. Due to the location I had a great deal of forms to fill out to receive the proper permits. It took 2 years from when I first contacted GND to the time they were installed. Throughout the entire process, Nick, at GND was exceptionally helpful in providing me with all information needed to complete the necessary forms.
