The parking lot is NOT ADA compliant. Which I will be reporting.. They make false lease violations yet refuse to enforce lease rules and regulations. And good luck finding parking! Especially in the winter! They allow non-tenants to use the parking lot. The property management ladies are very lazy. Costco extended their parking lot, causing more traffic. Trains pass right next to the building and there's a recycling plant right behind with sounds of trucks beeping and cans crushing daily. 2 stars because Travis was nice. (People also love stealing bikes here. Had a bike stolen and caught some blue haired mohawk disassembling my peddles.)
Really liked the apartment, good value for the money. I was in building A, quiet, warm, and parking was good.
