The parking lot is NOT ADA compliant. Which I will be reporting.. They make false lease violations yet refuse to enforce lease rules and regulations. And good luck finding parking! Especially in the winter! They allow non-tenants to use the parking lot. The property management ladies are very overweight and lazy. They get nothing done.
Costco extended their parking lot, causing more traffic. Trains pass right next to the building and there's a recycling plant right behind with sounds of trucks beeping and cans crushing daily. 2 stars because Travis was nice. (People also love stealing bikes here. Had a bike stolen and caught some blue haired mohawk disassembling my peddles.)
Really liked the apartment, good value for the money. I was in building A, quiet, warm, and parking was good.
The good thing about this place was parking, laundry was always good, nothing broke, ac and heater okay, and the owner who owned the building was very understanding. Our bathroom was big! Didn’t like this place due to always had to deal with a neighbor downstairs who always complained about us to management about noise. We got a letter from them too often, the neighbor confronted us, management did nothing about that. My motorbike here got stolen from here.
