This company is unprofessional. They are unresponsive....unprofessional when they do get back to you.... And Allowed a beautiful property to fall apart. What they are great at, is giving out "violations", sending emails out after the fact or about nonsense (it's a sunshiney day! No, no it isn't, Cammie.. We have no grass, stumps all over the place, projects started and not finished). Zero out of 10.

There is no transparency about any detail of our management. For example I called about rat problem and had no reply about what is being done. Lock on door to our building broken for 3 months. I would like to see minutes of trustee monthly meeting. I rate management as poor.
