Hello, I have owned a unit in the building for many years. This was my first experience reaching out to the property manager for advice. Unfortunately, the timing was not ideal, as he was finishing his last day as manager and a new manager had just assumed responsibility. Awful company to deal with, would not recommend
One of the rudest companies to have to deal with and non-responsive as well. Sent two emails and one voice mail and NEVER was called back. When I called into the office it was just as bad and I did not achieve my goals for my client. I reminded the call taker that these associations pay very good monies for Great North to perform their duties and they fail terribly. This was now my second time having to deal with them.
