One of the rudest companies to have to deal with and non-responsive as well. Sent two emails and one voice mail and NEVER was called back. When I called into the office it was just as bad and I did not achieve my goals for my client. I reminded the call taker that these associations pay very good monies for Great North to perform their duties and they fail terribly. This was now my second time having to deal with them.
I did Radon testing for this company. we thought they were reportable, we gave them the results . They stiffed us just over 300.00 they don't deserve 1 STAR
This company is unprofessional. They are unresponsive....unprofessional when they do get back to you.... And Allowed a beautiful property to fall apart. What they are great at, is giving out "violations", sending emails out after the fact or about nonsense (it's a sunshiney day! No, no it isn't, Cammie.. We have no grass, stumps all over the place, projects started and not finished). Zero out of 10.
