Not very helpful when you call for questions
Very unresponsive. Have worked with them at a couple different properties. VERY difficult to get answers or support for administrative issues and forgot about maintenance support. Put in a ticket for something and was still open after two years when we moved out!
We interviewed quite a few property management companies a few years ago and after meeting with the principals at Great North we felt they were the right choice for us. A large company with a small company service and support culture. We are very pleased with our choice.
