Our association has been with Great North for over 15 years. We have encountered nearly a dozen property managers throughout this time. It's been more than a week and Great Northern Property Management still hasn't been able to get me a replacement key to my attic storage unit. They changed out all of the locks in the building about a month ago . They claim they slipped a new key under the door but that didn't happen . They say that the key for the front doors is the same key that enters the attic. This also isn't so. They keep making up excuses.
