It's been more than a week and Great Northern Property Management still hasn't been able to get me a replacement key to my attic storage unit. They changed out all of the locks in the building about a month ago . They claim they slipped a new key under the door but that didn't happen . They say that the key for the front doors is the same key that enters the attic. This also isn't so. They keep making up excuses. I as a long term Trustee hired Great North when I had to fire the previous Property Mgt Company and also the landscaper and the plumber.... all got the boot. At the time in 2004 Great North was a good fit ...but now in the last 10 years they have become progressively pathetic ..local Property Manager
