If I could give this company a negative review I would. Since they have been brought in the curb appeal of our complex has gone hill, buildings in serious need of repair are being ignored. Long story short, back in October gray squirrels had gnawed their way into my building, I had to contact my own pest control company because the one they used didnt return phone calls and I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. This is the worst property management company ever. They have all the worst qualities and it’s a shame that we pay condo fees. They are unreliable, unprofessional, lack experience, not responsive all around just terrible. Heads up to locations looking to hire Great North, you are doing a disservice to all residents, we’d much rather pay for for quality!
