Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere and wonderful service. Tara is especially amazing. She sat with me through a difficult procedure and was very compassionate. Great North Dental should be thankful to have Tara on their team.
Very poorly managed dentistry, completely different since taking over the previous dentist’s practice. I have visited a couple of times giving them plenty of chances to change my opinion. A few of the problems I’ve had include; 1. Constant changes to appointment times. Prior to my last appointment I had a multitude of texts messages to confirm my appointment with each text the appointment time would change. 2. They are constantly behind. Very disappointed with how this dentist office is run, I am sure Tara "Office manager will say something about missed appointments and such, but will not mention how unprofessional she was over the phone and will also not mention anything about changing appointment times and dates .
