Amazing staff, friendly atmosphere and wonderful service. Tara is especially amazing. She sat with me through a difficult procedure and was very compassionate. Great North Dental should be thankful to have Tara on their team.
Very poorly managed dentistry, completely different since taking over the previous dentist’s practice. I have visited a couple of times giving them plenty of chances to change my opinion. A few of the problems I’ve had include; 1. Constant changes to appointment times. Prior to my last appointment I had a multitude of texts messages to confirm my appointment with each text the appointment time would change. 2. They are constantly behind. Very disappointed with how this dentist office is run, I am sure Tara "Office manager will say something about missed appointments and such, but will not mention how unprofessional she was over the phone and will also not mention anything about changing appointment times and dates . Update: Today I called at 830 for my 12 year old son. His tooth was in bad shape. They got me in right away and removed the tooth. The admin coordinator and staff, dentist and surgical assistant were so pleasant and made us both feel comfortable. Explaining everything to us. They even kept apologizing that we had to wait… but we really didn’t. honestly they got us in so quick I was so happy!! No apologies needed. In and out in a couple hours for a tooth removal same day. I had an absolutely amazing experience at north dental! I had not been to the dentist in about 5 years and I was very nervous going in knowing I probably had a couple cavities. The staff was very understanding about how nervous I was and took things slow and made sure to explain what they would be doing before they started each procedure.
