Moved in about 8 months ago and its not what I was promised. I pay 370.00 a month condo fee and get to do my own lawn because the landscaping company is worthless. Had to wait 3 months for repairs to my unit and I had to follow up on the repairs because they didn’t. Neighbors are rude and think they can boss you around because they are board members or are friends with the board members.
